What types of products will be eligible for a refund?

Games and products you purchase through Games And Gamers Store are generally eligible for a refund. If a game or product is marked as "non-refundable", then it will not be eligible.

When are products eligible for a refund?

Games from which you have been banned or for which you have otherwise violated the terms of service will not be eligible for refunds.

Bundle/Subscription games and other consumables products that are marked as “non-refundable” are not eligible for a refund.

You may also not be eligible for refunds if Games And Gamers determine that you are abusing the refund policy. In severe cases, we may even stop offering them to you.

How can I claim a refund?

You can send a request for a refund by clicking “Contact Us” and submitting a refund request.

Please include the following information in your ticket:
1. Registered email address
2. Transaction ID
3. Reason for refund

How will I get my refund?

We review each refund request individually and will do our best to provide you with a full refund of your purchase within 14 days of the original purchase of the Contract . By default, you will receive the refund in Games And Gamers wallet or through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If for any reason, Games And Gamers is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, your Games And Gamers wallet will be credited the full amount.
